Morbid Entry On Real World Fatality in the Virtual World

Thoughts on Virtual Estates Lead to Real-World Headaches
I hate the idea of my family and/or friends having access to my email or Facebook after my death. People always joke about someone being responsible for hiding the porn from someone's wife, mother in the event of his/her death. The virtual world holds even more secrets. People can have entire lives on Second Life and no one would know. For all we know, Enchant could have an entire real world family as well. I like the idea of a digital executor, who will receive a person’s latest passwords in the event of his or her death. This recalls the idea of the friend who knows where the porn stash is or how to continue to get money to the illegitimate child.
